NOTE: NOTES: 5/16" comes with tiny 3mm spikes. All other sizes come with 4mm spikes. 5/16" and 3/8" are best for eyebrows and can also be used for the tragus and rook. 7/16" and 1/2" can be used for ear lobes or any other ear piericings.
